Speech Title: Blockchained federated learning via stochastic and statistical optimizations with application in 6G/6G+

Abstract:

We present our recent progresses in blockchained federated learning via stochastic and statistical optimizations with application in 6G/6G+. The linkages with sochastic ODE/PDE will be introduced. Parameter estimations corresponding to different situations via maximal likelihood and Malliavin analysis based Stern estimators or linear programming method will be addressed. Policy evolutions with dynamical and game-theretic decisions will be studied. Associated big data flow characterizations via spatial point processes or high-dimensional stochastic processes with possible long-range dependence will also be discussed.
